Return Policy

Yes, you can return the order within 24 hours from the date you receive the order.

In order for us to accept your return, we require that you comply with the following conditions:

• Products must be in their original condition.

• The product(s) must not have been used in any way.

• The product(s) must not be opened.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Note: Use the same email address you used when ordering.

What to write in an email:

• Mention your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation message)
• State the reason for the return.
• Explain the status of your application if it matches the conditions mentioned in the previous question.
  
  Our team will evaluate your request and provide the appropriate answer via email.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Orders sent to us without a formal return request first will not be accepted.

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as:

• Products that are not in their original condition.

• Products that have been used in any way.

• Opened products. Items on sale or gift cards.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your order, we will let you know if your refund has been approved or not via email.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund as well.
